We are committed to our customers  well-being and therefore we use environmental friendly cleaning equipment and bio-degradable chemical to reduce environmental health hazards.

We also understand that each customer and their home are unique and thus, we offer customized cleaning solutions for any situation. Although most customers use our standard services and add additional services as needed, we will be happy to tailor a personal program for your needs.

Pre/Post Moving and Spring Cleaning
Are you moving to a new house and selling your existing house? Let HomeXpress do the cleaning for your new house or old house. We highly believe that you and your family deserve to live in a sparkling cleaning brand new home. As for the old house, our cleaning services will ensure that the house is presentable for prospective customer's viewing.

Our Pre/Post Moving/Spring Cleaning include the followings:
-Wash and scrub floor
-Clean exterior kitchen cabinets and stove
-Clean interior kitchen cabinets if empty
-Clean exterior of oven and refrigerator (if applicable)
-Clean exterior of sink
-Vacuum floors, carpet, and rugs
-Mop floors
-Clean and dust furniture and wardrobes
-Remove cobwebs
-Clean ceiling fans and exterior of light fixtures (exclude chandeliers)
-Clean all mirrors
-Clean windows and grills panels
-Clean, scrub and wash bathroom wall and floor, basin, tub, toilet bowl

Steam and Disinfecting Services*
Have a germ-free home! Kill viruses, mould, bacteria! Let us kill them all for you!
Dust mites are mainly found in your mattresses, pillows, carpets, upholstery and stuff toys which trigger sneezing, watery eyes, rashes and even asthma. Steam cleaning is a way to deep clean and remove dirt, and kills dust mites, mold, germs, allergens, bacteria, pet dander and other pollutants.

HomeXpress provides disinfection services which
-Sanitise bathrooms
-Steam sofas and mattresses
-Steam floors

*: Please note that steam cleaning does not necessarily remove stains that caused discolouration to the upholstery or fabrics.
