How do I make payment?
Monthly payment can be made by cash or cheque during the first session of every month.

What can we do if we are not satisfied with the service level?
Please not hesitate to contact us within 24hrs and we will reclean the area for you totally free of charge.

What do we have to provide for the cleaning?
Basically we require few things from as we supply most of the cleaning aids and agents, except for ironing board. We will be happy to use your own preferred product but we would strongly recommend our eco-friendly products.

Must I be at home when you clean my house?
Not necessary. In fact, many of our customers trust us with their keys and prefer to have their home cleaned while they are at work or on vacation.

Do you do the cleaning at nights or weekends?
Currently our cleaning services are provided during office hours Mon to Fri. We will survey on the demand and give this some thoughts. Should we intend to provide our services at nights and weekends, we will inform our customers,
